I am Frank Zaino, a licensed real estate agent and journeyman electrician in Massachusetts, with a career deeply rooted in athletics and professional expertise. Sports have been a significant part of my life; I was a three-sport athlete and have gained invaluable experience as a two-sport high school coach, along with coaching at the collegiate level.

Over the years, I have guided many student-athletes through the recruiting process, including my own son. Helping high school student-athletes and their families is a passion of mine. I understand that the college recruiting journey can be overwhelming, which is why I strive to make it easier for both athletes and their parents.

With my background as a former high school and college coach, I possess a thorough understanding of what it takes to be recruited and succeed at the collegiate level and beyond. My first hand experience on advising, branding NIL marketing  and real estate sales and investing equips me to be an effective mentor, helping aspiring athletes navigate the complexities of the athletic recruiting process and achieve their goals in college sports and for life after sports.
